Open booths measure 10ft. wide and 10ft. deep. Markers are on each corner of the booth. RATES:
FOOD & DRINK CONCESSIONS: Concession vendors are allowed to set up as early as noon on Friday prior to the show. Only approved concession vendors may sell food or drinks. All food and drink concessions must meet the standards of the Texas Department of Health and have a permit. Items not intended to be eaten on the premises are not considered concessions. SET-UPS: Vendors may setup during the following times: Friday beginning at noon, Saturday 7:00-8:30am and Sunday 7:00-8:30am. Vendors must be set up by 8:30 am and MUST stay until 4:00 pm. This is for the safety of our customers and vendors. Please unload your vehicle and move your vehicle, before setting up your booth. PARKING: Vendors will receive a pass for the vendor parking area. Vendor parking is behind the Pavilion on the west end. SALES TAX: Each vendor is required by Texas State law to have a Texas Sales Tax permit. Vendors are responsible to report their own Sales Tax. The City of New Boston tax rate is 8.25%. Sales tax information is available by calling 1-800-252-5555 RENEWAL OF SPACES: Vendors may renew their booths by paying next month’s rent at the Information Booth during Trade Day. Booths may be rented for up to 12 months in advance. Booths not renewed prior to closing on Saturday of Trade Day may be rented to other vendors on the waiting list. Any vendor paying three months at a time will receive an extra month free! Change-Saturday to Sunday. RESERVING BOOTHS: New booths may be rented for the next scheduled Trade Day beginning on the first Monday after each event. Booths reserved prior to the week-end of the show must be paid for in advance. ANIMALS: Absolutely NO animals allowed EXCEPT guide dogs or animals for sale. This protects our customers from any accidents. ANIMALS FOR SALE: New Boston Trade Day will allow small animals such as puppies, kittens, birds, etc. to be sold. Must be approved by New Boston Trade Day management. Animal booths will be open. No animals will be allowed under pavilion.
